Hard skin forms where the skin is under constant pressure or too dry. Heels crack, corns hurt when you walk.

Thick and brittle nails
The nail gets thicker, crumbles and lifts from the nail bed. It is hard to cut and presses in the shoe. If a nail changes color or shape quickly, see your physician first.

Nail reconstruction
After a knock, sports or a tight shoe, the nail can crack, lift or come off. The new nail needs cover and guidance while it grows.
- The lifting part of the nail removed, the nail bed cleaned.
- Reconstruction: the missing part rebuilt.
- Check-ups until the new nail grows out.
